What W.E.A.C.T. Does
WEACT is a grass-roots community program developed to support job-seekers in the process of career building and obtaining gainful employment. 

This program is designed to benefit adults 18 and older who are unemployed or underemployed.

The curriculum is designed to prepare candidates for interviewing and entering the workforce.

WEACT arms participants in confidence and competence with skills and experience in personal presentation and understanding employer expectations.

WEACT guides participants to develop and enhance career tools such as resumes, cover letters, and thank you letters.
