Ruth's House
This program was named for the Biblical character who sacrificed for her family to ensure their long-term stability and comfort.  "Ruth's House" is a collection of "permanent housing" options for clients post-graduation from our transitional housing programs and for income-qualified Wake Co. residents (household income less than 60% of the Area Median Income).

Permanent housing is located in Hollenden Place, just east of Capital Blvd. (north of Spring Forest Road) and Franklin Woods town homes, located near Millbrook High School in Raleigh.

IDA — Individual Development Accounts
Targeted to first-time, low-income homebuyers, this program provides matching funds from public and private sources to assist individuals with expenses associated with buying home — primarily closing costs and down-payment assistance.
